3. Select the seva which matches your desire of offering gratitude to the deity. The sevas should have a brief description of the type of puja.

4. Work with the temple in finalizing the dates of the ritual. Temples follow scriptural guidelines hence do your best to align with their preference.

5. Realize that a puja sponsorship is an act of giving. Do not treat a seva sponsorship like a regular commercial transaction. View it as a donation to the religious institution.
