We personally contact the Temples in registering them on our site.  We recognize sponsoring a pooja or a ritual is a personal religious tradition, and we keep that context and sensitivity in our interaction.

We give the Temple Administrators the freedom to update their seva or pooja list and the seva amounts. If there is a discrepancy or you find a seva or pooja missing, you are welcome to directly contact the temple.

We communicate with the temples to accommodate your choice of seva or pooja dates. There could be occasions where the dates are just not working out between you and the temple, in such cases, we ask you to get in contact with the temple to work out an amicable solution. After all, a ritual has a religious connotation and its own set of requirements which cannot be completely addressed through our site.

We collect minimal information from you through the information you provide during the registration process. The information is used primarily to facilitate quality of service and for any direct contact or marketing.

All payment transactions are directly processed by a third-party payment processor and rest assured we do not store any credit card information on our side.
